PLC Partners sign Services Agreement with IS Options to provide the project management and implementation services, to assist and act for St. Raphael's Credit Union in the deployment of a new system. Sysnet is a market leader in IS0 27001 services, vulnerability management and audit and assessment consulting through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards program. In addition, Sysnet has developed an innovative methodology to manage and secure the protection of business information assets through it's groundbreaking product Securus.

PLC Partners Solution Delivery team achieve certification of China Unionpay Ltd (CUP) acquirer link on behalf of Rahaxi Processing Oy and Natixis Paiements. Together with the previous CUP project, this firmly establishes Rahaxi as a fully fledged CUP service provider and Natixis' card processor of choice for CUP transactions.
Rahaxi's platform provides an on-line real-time local connection point for Acquiring Banks onto the CUP network benefiting from China's growing prosperity. CUP is one of the world's largest payment schemes, whose members issued millions of debit/credit cards to enable Chinese travelers to make purchase or cash withdrawal when traveling in Europe. There are over 1.5 billion CUP cards in circulation and around 700 thousand Chinese people visited France last year.
PLC Partners Solution Delivery team provided project leadership, management and technical skills to drive the project successfully, on time and to budget; from contract negotiation, through design, development, testing, certification and live pilot.

to the highest quality standards. As a result of this project, PLC Partners
has assisted Rahaxi Processing in putting together and delivering a system
that is extremely flexible and exposes a reliable and comprehensive interface
for the European acquiring community to issuers in China.
China Unionpay Ltd. (CUP), the largest credit card issuer in China, has
certified Rahaxi Processing Oy., a wholly owned subsidiary of FreeStar
Technology Corp., an international card payments processor and technology
company, as its third party service provider. This will allow Chinese
cardholders to use their CUP credit and debit cards during their visits
to Europe.
