PLC Partners project centric approach applied by our Solution Delivery
team has ensured success, which was ahead of schedule, under budget and
to the highest quality standards. As a result of this project, PLC Partners
has assisted Rahaxi Processing in putting together and delivering a system
that is extremely flexible and exposes a reliable and comprehensive interface
for the European acquiring community to issuers in China.
China Unionpay Ltd. (CUP), the largest credit card issuer in China, has
certified Rahaxi Processing Oy., a wholly owned subsidiary of FreeStar
Technology Corp., an international card payments processor and technology
company, as its third party service provider. This will allow Chinese
cardholders to use their CUP credit and debit cards during their visits
to Europe.
