Hugh Neill – Business Development Director
Hugh has significant experience in the Financial Services industry in both an Operational and Project Management capacity. Previously, Hugh held senior positions at CR2, Bertlesmann Financial Services, and National Irish Bank, as Programme Manager, Business Development Manager, and Customer Services Manager. His operations experience covers Card Services, Credit Control, and Call Centre management. Hugh holds a Commercial Lending degree and Banking Diploma.
Hugh is responsible for PLC Partners worldwide sales, strategic alliance and partnerships.
Lance Ayerst - Programme Director Lance has specialised in Financial Services ICT systems, from researching new technologies and systems, to managing multiple concurrent implementation of international software projects. Lance has managed projects for the following leading institutions; O2 Ireland, Bank of Ireland, Standard Chartered Bank and First National Bank of Southern Africa. He holds a BSc in physics and a MBA specialising in project management and is a certified PMP through the Project Management Institute. Lance is responsible for managing the technical implementation and delivery of PLC Partners client projects. Neil McGrory - Service Delivery Director Neil has extensive programme management experience having worked for global software providers including CR2 Ltd, Computer Sciences Corporation and Hogan Systems. He has managed multiple software projects in organisations such as ABN-AMRO Bank, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank, HBSC, Interpay and ATOS. He lectures on project management at Waterford Chambers Skillnet and the Waterford Institute of Technology. Neil holds a Masters degree in Computing and is a certified PMP and PgMP through the Project Management Institute. Neil is responsible for the management of key accounts and the delivery of business consulting and training to PLC Partners clients |
